Profile and beam geometry

 

 

Quality equipment allows to produce beams with exact geometry of each slat, which is important, according to the laws of physics, because it affects the uniformity of load distribution within the beam, making beams from "PricarpathLogHomes" very reliable and high quality. Professional profile, along with accurate geometry are important during installation, because our beams perfectly fits together, leaving no gaps between them. This is the professional production of laminated veneer lumber "PricarpathLogHomes."

 

 

Production cycle

 

 

Glulam is produced professionally, using equipment from Europe. Production of glulam passes the full cycle: the first stage - sawing round wood, then board delivered to the drying chamber. Dry board passes through the quadrilateral machine, then applying glue and timber is placed under  pressure. Ready laminated beam passes through the machine for profiling. The last part of the production is the formation of joints due to the project.

All stages are coordinated under the guidance of professional engineers, about half of whom work at the company from its foundation.

Glue and ecology

 

 

In the production of timber used Swiss Yovat adhesive designed specifically for bearing wooden structures. This glue is at the highest level of quality manufacturers of adhesives, along with several other manufacturers. This adhesive has proved itself the best and meet all quality standards and environmental. As stated by the manufacturer of glue their product has a neutral effect for a person, has a porous structure that passes air molecules, and has a strength greater than the strength of the wood fibers. Glue is odorless and its presence in the walls is not noticeable, because it has no human exposure.
